About Hospital

• With more than 1700 beds, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) is Singapore's second-largest critical care hospital and a tertiary referral facility.
• It is designated as a historical institution with roots dating back to 1844, when its foundation was placed to care for the underprivileged. Singapore was quickly developing into a commerce hub, and many immigrants became impoverished, homeless, and malnourished. Successful businessman Tan Tock Seng volunteered to provide the building's funding.
• It offers 36 clinical specialities, including Radiation Oncology, Urology, Orthopedics, Gastroenterology & Hepatology, General Medicine, General Surgery, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Neuroradiology, and many others.
